How does our refund policy works?
Reach out to our customer’s support email at support@raynatics.com and express your dissatisfaction within the first 30 days. The return of the device will be arranged as soon as possible. Upon receiving the item, we’ll issue a full refund.

Warranty Policy
- The warranty provided for the device is 1 year from the date of original purchase.
- Controller, Portable source, Electrode plate and Cables are covered for this period.
- Warranty does not cover any cosmetic damages, water, heat damage or any damage resulting from unintended use. The warranty covers only defects caused by manufacturing problems and those which occurred through normal use of the device.
- The towels, electrode strips & electrode cables are consumables and are not included in the product warranty.
- Electrode strips are recommended to be replaced every 3-5 months.
- Any repair, manipulation or damage beyond the warranty conditions renders the warranty null and void.
- Beyond the warranty coverage, Raynatics offers the possibility to buy all components individually.
